Please read the following Terms of Service (“Term”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the Photo Layout service operated by Photo Layout (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Photo Layout offers an all-in-one free online tool for photo design and photo collages.
These terms and conditions (Terms of Use) will govern all matters that may possibly arise in relation to your access to or use of this App, collage layouts, posters, photo editing tools, resources, social media features. Please carefully review these terms and conditions before installing Photo Layout on your device or using the Services. If you do not agree or have any reservations, you must not use the App/Services.

The Privacy Policy

Photo Layout is an easy-to-use app to create great collages. It will never use any kinds of cookies or automated technologies to collect your personally identifiable information on the Site and Services. All collages you make are private by default and not visible to anyone else except yourself.
 
Free & Subscriptions
 
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscriptions”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring. The Subscriptions section is for Photo Layout Pro Version. If you choose the free service, the Photo Layout may deliver third-party advertisements with the content. If you choose the subscription service, then Photo Layout will not deliver any advertisements within the content.
 
 
Changes
 
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace the Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. Please do check back frequently. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
 
Termination
 
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitations if you breach the Terms.
 
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of the liability.
 
 
Applicable Laws
 
The provisions of this ‘Terms of Use’ shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of Hong Kong, China, without any regard to the conflict of laws.
